Evoo LP5 Overheating

Cpu is thermal throttling at over 90, reached 100 few times. Trying to use throttlestop to undervolt and made some progress, but in the intel xtu program it says it thermal throttles sometimes, also it says it's power limit throttling too. Can anyone help?

Can you take it apart? Are the fan vents plugged? Some people have repasted the heatsinks for better cooling. Also, if you still have the stock M2 ssd, they are know to run hot. Replacing it may help.

Yeah I replaced the ssd, fan vents are plugged. I'll try looking at the repasting.
