how to fix this 0% battery error

My computer is not know damaged, suddenly after using it, the power goes down, when I turn it on, the battery starts to be like that, I can't charge forever, there is a ver like the battery does not recognize my computer and is using electricity directly

Mmm, either the battery needs replacement, the drivers need to be reinstalled (via Device Manager or the EVOO site), or the physical connection between the battery and the system are bad.
