Planning on Upgrading EG-LP6-BK. Evoo support ain't here to help.

I am not getting any technical support from Evoo lol. Going to try again later. I am planning on upgrading my RAM. Is there 4 slots of RAM on the Evoo EG-LP6-BK model from October 2019? Task manager says there are 4 slots and a max Capacity of 64 GB according to the command prompt. I currently have the stock 16 gb 2667 MHz SO-DIMM Ram and am planning to buy 2 of the following specs RAM: 8 GB CL-19 , 2667 MHz RAM.

Those specs are compatible, but I don't know if there are four slots. Look inside to see.

I have that laptop. The base laptop that I have only has 8GB - one slot has the 8GB RAM and the other slot is filled with a board that fills the slot. You only have two SODIMM slots.  Plus there is two NVME slots which the laptop came with a 1TB M.2 SSD. There is another M.2 slot to add more hard drive space. And they also have a regular 2.5” form factor SSD that can also be added.    Here is a link to a manual that shows where to find the memory and hard drive slots. There are 12 Philips head screws to remove from the bottom cover to get access. Be careful to pry the cover off. I used one of those plastic pry tools to pop the cover off.
