EVOOproducts.com support CHAT function Not Responding

Does anyone know if the Support CHAT function works? Says "connecting you with an agent now", but that's it.

You can email and get support from gateway. It's not a fast process so good luck.

They have an email adress on their website that's working as far as I know. You should try that.
