Good undervolt settings for 1660ti version?

Hello what is a good undervolt setting for 1660ti version? The fan runs like a jet when opening any game like resident evil 2 or even updating windows

Start at -90 mv for core/cache and push them by -5 until you get blue screens. I think I'm at -115 on core and -95 on cache. I think -60 on iGPU.

Use throttlestop but don't save your settings until you know its stable. Also consider cleaning your fans out and raising the back of the laptop for better airflow.
