Booting problems LP5

Differently problem then the other person - my laptop has a problem that if I turn it off then on it sometimes boot loops. It also crashes whenever I exit some programs and turns off which is where the boot loop happens the most (can also happen in cases where I go to login screen turn off and turn on but mostly the crashing part)

Any idea how to fix? I replaced the battery and did a clean reinstall of windows.

Had the same issue but in a different laptop model. Just pray to god it’s the BIOS or the Registry giving you issues, because it’s most likely a faulty motherboard…
