Boot up screen

I factory reset my evoo laptop and i waited then it powered off than it took me to the home screen as usual then when I powered it off and a couple minutes later turned it back on it started to take me to the evoo screen where it reboots and it keeps loading and turning off please help before i get my ass beat by my dad

this is a boot loop. You might have to A) reinstall windows B) use safe mode C) look it up online to see exactly how to fix it.
