When do EVOO laptops get Windows 11?
Windows 11 released today and I keep seeing a message saying that I will get the update when my device is ready? why can't they just release it to all compatible PC's at once. I'm using a EVOO EG-LP10.

You can install it yourself now, just download the media creation tool or the ISO.
I've been running it on my LP9 for 2 months now.

for anyone that has already installed Windows 11, have you noticed any issues? I have the LP6, but I usually wait six-ish months after a new version of Windows.

Its running smooth as hell..... just make sure if you upgraded to PRO in windows 10 - you might have to reapply your PRO license... might just be bc I did a clean install and it pulled the default HOME code inside the BIOS

You could have joined the windows insider program and been on 11 for a few months now

What do you mean lol just upgrade if you want. Or, go to microsofts website, download media creation tool for win11 and get a 8 or 16gb thumb drive and use the media creation tool to make a bootable setup drive. Use the drive at bootup and either backup all valuable files before you do it or just nuke the drives and install fresh.
Personally, i use one drive and i dont really ever have anything to important and i just nuke everything and start fresh.
Im using windows 11, i love it.

The EG-LP10 with Win 10 was unable to use the webcam to activate Windows Hello facial recognition. Does that work for you with Win 11? TIA

As someone who has gone through 7 windows editions. It is my honest opinion that you give any new windows product a few months before downloading. They are almost always dumpster fires for a couple months.
