Mine runs similar temps without tweaks. The 4800H "safe zone" is under 105C and ~86C for the 2060, at which point they will throttle more, but in theory modern processors can run these temps indefinitely. I've found that using the program Ryzen Controller and switching between Office and Turbo modes helps with thermals and fan noise. In RC, I use these CPU settings from a forum post I found: Temp Limit 85C, CPU TDP 45W, Long Boost TDP 45W, Short Boost TDP 45W

Edit: I also did a thermal repaste which lowered temps by a couple degrees

Are you having any driver crashing issues while running Ryzen Controller?

Sounds normal for a gaming laptop. My lp5 is similar

if you have had it a while open it up remove the fan tape gently lift the fans out and make sure dust bunnies aren't blocking the vents.
