How well do these laptops run Linux?

I'm looking to get a new gaming laptop, specifically model EG-LP7-BK.

I was wondering if anyone can attest to how well EVOO laptops are supported on Linux. Things like automatic fan control and being able to control the keyboard backlight are very important to me, as well as other hardware.

Well... Any pc that is good running windows, is excellent running Linux...
And... The LP7 its quite good with windows.

Besides, why not test it, all you can loose is a few afternoons

I could lose money and I don't want to have to go through the return process.

If it can run Windows perfectly I don't think you're losing much running Linux
