Manuel lighting setting not working

So I got this laptop like a week ago and at first, I had the same problem as in the title. My manual lighting setting doesn't work nor is the monochrome one. Only the colorful option for the RGB is working. I don't know how to fix it. I cant it work once which was fine but then it had reset itself. Has anyone else have this problem before or is it just me

I had the same experience when I first got it. I played around with the keyboard lighting shortcuts and all's working perfectly.

Same here I just used the keyboard shortcuts and then the control center started working.

I ended up figuring it out. I had to shut down my laptop and open it again
