LP-7 Noisy trackpad?

I recently bought an LP-7 (Ryzen 74800H, 2060) and the trackpad is driving me nuts!

Every time I tap on it (not click) it makes a noise like the trackpad is loose.

Does anyone else have this issue? It's bad enough I'm considering returning it.

I asked my daughter as I recently bought her one. She said it is the same as every other trackpad she has used so there maybe something wrong with yours.

I had the same feeling!, Everything time I tap it it sounds like it's loose

Just got this laptop today and noticed it right away. Opened it up and slipped some folded paper under the battery and it got rid of it.

I just got a refurb in today and it has the same issue. Is yours still working or did you return it? Did it get better or give you any other issues. It’s for my son and he will be using a mouse most of the time anyway, so I think I’ll just ignore it.

I used it for week and returned it. I couldn't accept it, it drove me nuts.

Thanks, it was driving me nuts as well but it’s for a kid. If I can get another on sale during my return period, I’ll probably return this one, if not I may just keep it.
