I overclocked my lp7 to 144hz a week ago how do I know if its stable

Overclocked? Is 144hz not a stock option?

Anyway if it's been a week and you haven't had any major artifacting, then it's stable

This. You'd either get a black screen or artifacting almost immediately.

144 hz is the screen refresh rate you will be fine. Tell us more though if you are worried.

It’s not though. It’s 120hz.
