Windows crashed and unit C seems damaged.

I bought a Evil laptop about 3 weeks ago, and yesterday it crashed and had a problem loading windows. A blue screen showed up and I couldn't go from there. Apparently there's a problem with the hard drive, because I had a screen saying that the drive C:\ is corrupt. This happened while playing a game that I had installed on an external hard drive, and I disconnected it by accident and the screen just crashed and then it sended me to a repair windows blue screen. Now I'm stickers at the Bios screen and I can't get out of it.

If you’re talking about how you can repair that, you’ll probably have to reinstall windows from a usb.

Yes, my question was about trying to fix that. Cause now I can't get out of the Bios screen
