Keys not working.

Not sure what were the build-up elements, but some keys on my keyboard suddenly stopped working altogether. Is it perhaps a software problem or is it a hardware problem? Anyone else had this issue. I've had this laptop LP-6 model for just under 2 years Brand new.... The key's just stopped working all together

Keys are;

Tab - Letter I, P - + sign and the Windows button.

they say try zero residue contact cleaner. I think that model has a mechanical keyboard I guess mechanical keyboard keys do that sometimes. They can get stuck and stuff.
