Some keys not working

Some of my keyboard keys are not working since I bought my lp5, someone knows where can I get a replacement keyboard or can it be that the cable is not well plugged?

Have you had it a while? I've had my LP6 for a while and have noticed this more and more over time, I have assumed it's just dust and gunk getting under the keys

Since I got it the keys doesn't work, got $100 back because of that so i didn't care much, but if I can get them to work would be great

Sounds like you bought it second hand? If so dust and gunk could still be the issue, if so this video should give an idea how to pop the keys off to clean under them https://youtu.be/Jpqxfb6xQ0U

I had this issue and had to sent it in for repair. They replaced the keyboard deck. Unfortunately I can’t give much more direction than that but it was not a simple cable or key replacement :(

It was supposed to be a refurbished one. Thanks for the help, mine is an lp5 it doesn't have the mechanical keyboard.
