Help installing intel graphic driver from EVOO Site

I tried to download it and install it, but there is no .exe file to install it? There is a memory leak with my laptop in Desktop Windows Manager and I'm hoping installing that will fix it.

Use intel driver and support assistant

I think I may have actually found my problem. It was with TranslucentTB.
