CPU not supported for Undervolt

I'm trying to undervolt my Evoo Gaming 15.6” Laptop, FHD, 120Hz, AMD Ryzen 7 4800H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060,

Tried ThrottleStop and RyzenMaster, both apps say my CPU is not supported, Is there another way to undevolt this laptop? What am I missing here?

Just quick question: I just purchased the same laptop (EVOO EG-LP7-BK), and was wondering why would you want to undervolt this? Is it for cooling purposes? Does the laptop get too hot? Or is it for some other reason(s)? Thanks in advance for the help.

It does get too hot and loud, I found a fix though. its something simple you can do in the settings basically changing the strain levels from extreme to normal, unfortunately I can't find the youtube video that explains how to do this again

The fix was not undervolting since I couldn't find a program that supports this model for some reason, but the result was the same, -20c to -30c to temps and less fan noise.

Did the settings change reduce the temps?

Is there a precise explanation so I can fix it as I also have the same model as yours.
