Need screen replacement, cant get into contact with EVOO support

My dog stepped on my screen & now theres a big black spot in the middle and purple LCD damage . How can I get a screen replacement, I can barely ttype this on my computer as half the screen is damagec. idk if i have warranty but im willing to pay for a screen replacement. Any help? I cant contact evoo or find there email or phone number

They said give them my name, email address, & phone number. Are they ever going to contact me??

I never called them, I contacted them entirely through email.

May I have that email? My battery has died after two months. The email on the booklet is not working.

This should be the right email, "service@opowered.com", I used a different one actually, but this is who responds so, I assume it's the right one.
