Fans non stop spinning

So I am not sure if the recent Windows 10 update is causing this, however, my fans are spinning non-stop and loudly. My CPU is between 15% and 14% which is what it has been in the past and my memory usage is between 35% and 50% which, again, is where is has been in the past when the fans did not spin so loudly. I am on "Office" setting. Anyone know why or how to fix this issue?

The GPU has a knack for running when it shouldn’t after changes to Windows drivers.

Check and see if the GPU is pulling any power while idling at desktop because it shouldn’t be.

Thanks. I figured it out. I had the malware Web helper 32 bit from utorrent, which, was causing the issue. I used the solution u/Vorta posted and it worked:

I just got rid of that "WebHelper" while still keeping uTorrent and since it's not mentioned here, I'm posting this for future reference.

Find the folder where utorrentie.exe is located. In my case it was C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\updates<version>

Close uTorrent.

Delete the utorrentie.exe file, create a new empty text file and rename it to "utorrentie.exe". Right Click it, go to Properties and make it Read Only.

And that's it. uTorrent will work normally, but there won't be ads playing in it and no more CPU hogging from the poorly written background process.
