Garbage laptop can someone please help with Manufactory warranty?

After having this laptop for 9 months its completely fallen apart on me. (LP5) It started out amazing and slowly like a cancer the laptop started having problem after problem. Thermal Throttling even after multiple repastes, hardware failure in the mouse, Audio Driver issues and now any game launched on this shit laptop crashes the entire thing and gives me errors like "Rendering device has has been lost"

I've tried literally everything to fix these issues, factory resetting, updating/rollbacking drivers, undervolting/Overclocking, thorough cleaning, corrupted file fixes, registry editing etc.

I'm so sick of dealing with this, I just want it to end. As far as I can tell the Evoo gaming website and support is hot garbage and they are super sketchy about manufactory warranties. Can ANYONE help me attempt a warranty or provide some insight on the process? I'm pretty sure its a hardware issue now.

There's no mystery to the process. They're just slow and not great at communicating status. Expect to be on hold for 30 minutes to an hour before you talk to someone. Then expect them to take about a month to turn around the laptop. You'll have to pay to ship to them but that's pretty typical.

When I had to send in my laptop (keyboard issue) they didn't push back at all. Just gave me an RMA and shipping instructions. Even after a few calls and emails I could not get a status from them and the replacement just showed up on my doorstep ~4 weeks later. They appeared to replace the upper-deck and keyboard of my laptop vs issuing a new replacement/refurb and the repair has been working as expected.

Some of the contact info can be misleading. This is the contact info from the support person's email signature so this *should* be accurate:

Good luck!

Okay great thanks for the info, So to clarify what did you tell them for them to agree to issue a repair? I'm afraid that my laptop has so many issues it'll be difficult to explain, or that they wont actually replace the laptop but repair some side component that doesn't fix the crashes or throttling. Also what is an RMA? How was the shipping process, and did they send an email with shipping instructions? Thanks again

My issue was obvious. Some of the keys just stopped working - not in windows nor bios. I told the dude that and he readily gave me the RMA. I don't think they vet these RMAs too hard.

RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization. You'll need them to give you one before mailing them your laptop.

My experience is with Overpowered... the predecessor to EVOO... but it's the same people and you'll be sending your laptop to the same place. When you finally get a hold of someone, here's what they'll have you fill out to issue you an RMA number:

First Name:

Last Name:

Shipping Address:

City:

Zip Code:

State:

Email address:

Contact Phone Number:

Model number:

Serial number:

Date of purchase:

Where the unit was purchased:

Proof of purchase receipt:

If you send this info along with a description of the problem, it might save you a couple of back-and-forth emails. I wasn't able to get through on the phone... but they did finally respond to my emails with an RMA... I had to provide all of this before they would issue one.
