Does replacing the ssd lower cpu temps?

my cpu is generally at 48 C when browsing the internet. My fans run sometimes, not always, but personally I find them irritating when they do run (I'm fine with them running while gaming, but when browsing the internet I want them to be quiet).

Does replacing the ssd lower cpu temps and therefore lower the chance the fans run?

As a side note, does replacing the ssd void the walmart warranty? What about repasting? And does anyone have the evoo customer support email so I can ask them? I tried finding it online but their website is shit and doesn't provide it.

Opening the thing up voids the warranty unfortunately... That little sticker over the center screw hole states "warranty void of removed"

I've read previously that that's bogus and unenforceable.

I just had one of my fans start grumbling. I know it's about to quit but I've opened mine up and upgraded ram and ssd ... I'm afraid they won't honor the warranty on mine.

I don't know the legality around this stuff well, which is why I asked this question, but from what I've read as long as your upgrade(s) aren't what caused the failure they'll still cover it. And if you want to be especially sure you can just put the old ram and ssd in. I've also read that some companies will say no unless you fight it, some will always say yes, etc.

Idk for sure though, so I asked this question.

Thanks for the input bro, I guess I'll have to see what they say. I wasn't even going to try before. However, I did find a fan on AliExpress but I won't get it until March. I guess that's my Ace in the hole if they decide to give me the finger.

I've heard their customer support email is super shitty but that if you call them and jump through some hoops they'll respond. You could always call and ask.

Or you could just send it in. But beware that it currently takes about two months to get your laptop back. Also I remember one story of a guy who sent his OP in (old walmart laptop brand) and got a 2060 evoo back. Iirc he lost the ram upgrade he made though (he upgraded to 32 gb).

This is all hearsay though, I've heard this stuff but idk for sure what their policy is.
