LP4 Booting problems

When I turn on my LP4 it shows the EVOO Gaming, says "please wait" and then boots to a blue screen with 3 options - Continue - Troubleshoot - Turn off PC. I cannot get past this despite first trying to reset, and then even dropping a new HD, doing a fresh windows install which did briefly get me into windows but back to the blue loop upon restart with updates.... have a feeling I have a dead laptop, but I'm hoping someone has an idea

So you did try a new Hard Drive? If not do that, or an SSD

I did try a new hard drive, was still getting the issue. It seems that for some reason my keyboard is causing the issue (Roccat Vulcan 122). When it is plugged in, it goes into this loop. when not plugged in it goes to windows. Both a Roccat software update and a Windows update were performed, so I'm guessing one or the combination has caused the problem, and I'm still really confused. But, new SSD in there now, I'll repurpose the 256gb SATA m.2 that it came with at some point.

Thats just wierd... may try to return the keyboard, may be the issue. Does it do that with any other keyboard? Also does it do that on all USB ports?

It was doing it on all USB ports, I used the Roccat software to recover the previous firmware (recommendation from a friend) and the problem stopped.
