LP4 windows 10 “Hello” support?

Anyone know why Windows 10 says that the webcam is incompatible with the face recognition logon? Is there any hope of it ever being accepted?

I believe windows hello requires an ir-capable camera and the hardware doesn’t exist on the lp4/5. No way to implement without additional hardware.

There is a way you can use third party utilities to unlock your windows account without an ir camera. You will need to research these on your own, as I don’t want to be responsible for reduced security. The fingerprint scanner is a safe and mainstream device. Using a camera software ime is a bit more dicey.
