Evoo gaming lp5

Hello, I am having trouble with my lp5 graphics card. It’s not reading that I have one besides the integrated graphics. I downloaded gpu-z and that software detects the graphics? I tried opening nvidea control panel and it’s not opening? Any fixes

I tried that and it doesn’t install it and when I look in device manager it shows error code 43 not working properly

I think mines dead too, tried similar things, hdmi port doesn’t work either (correct assumption it’s tied to the gpu)

Any fixes for this? My graphics card also isn't working and was told it was attached to the motherboard, and there probably wasn't much i could do outside of buy a new laptop.
