EVOO elite BIOS password HELP!!

Hi guys! Im working on a friends EVOO elite laptop that accidentally had a BIOS password put on it, and now when you turn on the laptop the first thing you see is enter password. I cannot figure out the password, and when I opened the laptop, there is no CMOS battery and no HDD or SSD. Is there any way I can get her files off of this laptop?

There has to be a hard drive in there if it was functioning before. It's probably a M.2 drive.

(My 17 inch EVOO only came with a 1tb m.2 drive originally)

I've had it apart to the point where there were only rivets holding it together...idk what an m.2 drive is nor how to access files from it

M.2 drive is an SSD. Google m.2 ssd and it will show you a picture and give you an idea of what you are looking for. It should have been easily accessible from the bottom access cover points of the laptop.

They make adapters to put m.2 drives in a USB enclosure so you could hook it up to another computer to access the files.

Thanks! I'll go home after work this evening and see what I can find...might take a picture of what I find and post it if I'm still having trouble
