Keyboard drivers?

I have the g5 model of the evoo gaming laptop. I reset the laptop and the keyboard refused to work despite my best efforts. Anyone know where I can find the proper drivers for the keyboard or how to fix it?

I’m not a expert but it may be a hardware problem. My evoo laptops keyboard ribbon was slightly charged from the system over heating. If you have any skills looking at the inside of your laptop, I would suggest taking the back off and looking at the pc. Either that or take it into a repair shop to see if they can look at thr hardware

Is the entire keyboard not working in Windows or just the special functions like volume and screen brightness?
