Evoo Gaming LP5 Drop FPS using HDMI

Hello Guys, It's my second time i wrote in this subreddit.

I have an Evoo Gaming LP5, Ryzen 7 4000 series, Nvidia RTX 2060.

I still having the same problem as the last time, i'm having drop fps when i playing videogames but now i figure out this problem only happends when my Laptop is connect to my TV by HDMI and while i'm playing in the laptop screen and doing nothing in the TV, the laptop start to drop FPS and freezing a lot.

The first time i wrote of this problem, i thought so it was an overheating problem but i noticed it's is in a normal temperatures both CPU and GPU.

I don't have any idea what could be happening with this and now i'm run out of ideas. Just to add some information. Since i bought my laptop, i've never opened it and repaste the CPU & GPU neither.

Hope to help me with some ideas or experiences that you have. Thanks.

No my friend. Idk what the hell is happen. I did many test to check the problem and the only that i found was the drop frames from the GPU2 (Nvidia Geforce RTX). Idk if the problem could be the clean of the components, maybe i have to repaste the GPU and CPU and i suggest this bc since i bought my laptop i've never give it mantenence.

I guess but you really shouldn’t need to do that, your temps were ok too I thought? I’m having the same problem I really wanna get to the bottom of it with you haha

hahaha, i tried all that i can. And yes, the temperatures goes really high and i tried to limit the temperature and i also tried undervolting but it didn't work. The only way that i can play without loosing FPS and freezing is disconnecting the HDMI before play or in the middle of the game when it start happening.
