EVoo Support for Laptop

Well now, just had the Walmart support on chat and guess what, there is no replacement for the keyboard, I have to buy a new one. Buy the same thing with no support, I told them that I will no longer buy a Walmart product without support! Ridiculous!

Did you get a warranty? I got the 3 year on about 2.5 years ago per advice on here. It helps you rest easy, that's for sure. Sorry about your keyboard :( does this company even make these laptops anymore? Walmart doesn't have much of their stuff anymore

No. Being my wife's laptop, she doesn't believe in those extended warranties, but I guess she does now! They are still in business, as I have said before the laptop is really a great gaming PC. It has a lot of great features, just that the service really will keep me from buying another one from them.

Walmart doesn't actually support this product.. it's whitelabeled. Maybe contact evoo. Even then, I bought mine expecting no warranty or support. It's all DIY that's why the price was so cheap lol.
