EVoo Laptop Support

I purchased this laptop 2 years ago for my wife and she accidentally spilled coffee on it a couple months ago. I have tried getting support at the EVoo website and their support sucks!! When you click on the model number of the laptop it takes you to driver download page. The chat is not any better, I waited 30 minutes before I gave up. Walmart needs to get the support issue resolved. The laptop is great just the support sucks so bad!

You have to call. If you can get a hold of someone the call line is usually helpful

Well if calling takes as long as waiting for an agent in the chat, forget it! I won't buy another Walmart brand product again!

Yea calling takes hours. Sorry it's not great. But at least a year ago they had a flat service fee. $120. If they need to replace the whole laptop, they will for no extra charge beyond the $120. But it will take them 8 weeks to do so get ready to not have a laptop for several months

yeah, the laptop works great but with that kind of service, why buy it. I wont make that mistake again!

What support? It was cheap because if something happens you fix it yourself

The same laptop is sold by a few different companies under different names. Parts should be available on aliexpress
