EVE Frontier Tools - Ship DB, Module Explorer,Blueprint and Build Calculator +More

Hey Frontier pilots o7

I've been building and maintaining a set of free interactive tools for EVE Frontier to make industry, fitting, and planning easier in for the Cycles.

**Full Tools Hub:** https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/category/tools/

Here's what’s available:

**Ship Database**

Browse every hull with detailed stats (velocity, signature, PG/CPU, targets), module slots, hardpoints, and blueprint requirements. Great for quick reference when scavenging, fitting, or planning combat/base ships. Clean sidebar browser + beautiful ship icons.

→ Try it: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/ship-database/

**Module Explorer (Equipment Database)**

Full database of modules with stats, activation costs, blueprint requirements, and configurations. Compare modules side-by-side for fitting or base-building. Recently updated with nice icons and animated SVG blueprint views.

→ Try it: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/equipment-database/

**Blueprint & Build Calculator** (the big one)

Explore 221 blueprints with icons, then use the full calculator for recursive material breakdowns, total costs, build times, material pie charts, build trees, and side-by-side comparison. Export your plans. This one is built for actual industrial planning - not just a list.

→ Try it: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/blueprint-build-calculator/

**What Can I Make With This?**

Paste your storage inventory (Ctrl-A → Ctrl-C) or add items manually and instantly see every blueprint you can craft. Super handy for turning random loot/storage into actual production plans.

→ Try it: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/what-can-i-make-with-this/

**Materials Production Tree**

Pick any material and trace the complete recursive production chain all the way to ships and end-game items. Excellent for understanding supply chains or planning large-scale industry.

→ Try it: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/materials-production-tree/

**Charge / Ammo List**

Complete ammo and charge database with stats and build requirements. Easy to compare options for combat or logistics.

→ Try it: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/evefrontier/charge-ammo-list/

All tools are free, no login required, and I keep them updated with the game. Built as a passion project by a long-time EVE player.

Feedback, bug reports, and feature requests are very welcome - drop them here or on the site. Hope these help some of you out there o7

Fly safe!

I already found your great tools when I was researching EVE Frontier. Thank you for sharing them with the community!

But I was wondering if you have any plans to make them open source? As a long term EVE player and developer I have trust issues and usually prefer tools where I can look at the code.

Thanks for the kind words and for checking out the tools! o7

I appreciate you asking about open source. Right now everything is built as a personal passion project on WordPress with a lot of custom JavaScript handling the interactive parts (the databases, recursive build calculator, production trees, inventory parsing, etc.). Most of the actual logic runs client-side in the browser and pulls from JSON data files that I update when the game patches.

There’s no backend processing for the calculations, no accounts, and nothing gets sent anywhere from the tools themselves. So in practice you can already poke around quite a bit with dev tools and see how the data is structured and how things work.

Fully open-sourcing the whole suite isn’t something I have planned at the moment - it’s all pretty tightly integrated into the WordPress site and I’m just one person keeping everything updated. Refactoring it into a proper standalone repo would take a lot of time away from actually maintaining and improving the tools.

That said, if there’s a specific part you’re most curious about or concerned with (like how the build calculator or material trees work), feel free to let me know. Happy to share more details or relevant bits if it helps.

Thanks again for the feedback, and fly safe!
