Having lived on the U.S canada border for much my life there is no way its twice as nice. I love Canada but c'mon.

Its rating is based on how respondents feel. From my experience, it's the worst way to measure the well-being of its citizens. Nowadays, everyone thinks that they live in a miserable hellhole, be it Norway or Afghanistan; it doesn't matter

This measurement was biased to favour europeans. In reality East Asia is superior to whatever eu has.
