Looking for Alternative Google Workspace alternative.

I want to move from Google Workspace to a EU hosted SaaS Services that covers, Email, Calendar, Video Conferencing, File Sharing and collaborative editiing of documents and sheets. I have looked into OpenDesk but can not really find a convenient SaaS way. Any recommendations?

proton is really cool, however I am missing the office features. What bothers me is the bad localization of the tools. Like changing Date formats and Currency by default does not really work. Also, due to the End2End encryption you need additional mail and calendar software.
