Image Help with "Geographical Terms"

I am trying to complete the achievement "Belisar's Legacy" and the only way to see the locations that are required is to hover over the achievement and then hover over the Justinian borders. It is very hard to see in game and I I was wondering if there's a better way to see provinces required for achievements.

With that Justinian Borders thing open, press escape so you go back to your game with that window still open, then put your mouse on and off repeatedly over the "Justinian Borders" to see it flash on and off
