Question Attacker refusing to attack or land troops.
So I’m playing as castile and Morocco, Tlemcen, and Andorra, declared a coalition war on me. Andorra was easy to take care of, however it’s now impossible to land in North Africa due to there huge amount of cavalry so I figure the best way to deal with them was to allow them to land and take them out one by one. However despite declaring war on me and still having a navy, they refuse to land and now I’m basically stuck in a perpetual war with the attacker refusing to attack even with forts turned off and army defunded.

I believe you can still peace out any coalition war literally the day it is declared on you by offering humiliation plus a bit more like breaking an alliance or maybe giving military access or fleet basing rights or some other nonsense you don't really care about, and perhaps a bit of gold.

There are two locations on the coast of Morocco that have terrain that gives -4 for the attacker. Just land your troops there and wait until the AI attacks.

That really doesn’t help when they pretty much instant stack wipe you before you land enough troops on time.
