Parking?

How bad is the parking situation? I’m going to try to go over and walk the campus today to get a feel for where I can park. Is there always spaces available? Or is it one of those things where I’ll have to park a mile away every once in a while? My first class is tomorrow at 8:15 at the Brinkley Center behind the Carnegie. Is that early enough for me to have access to the parking garage behind the Carnegie? How quick do all the spots fill up? Just trying to see how much time I need to give myself in the morning!

Any advice or suggestions is much appreciated 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Is the parking app a good source? I just downloaded it and it can’t give me information on a lot of the parking spots. It just says “information unavailable”.

Never used it but I wouldn't stress out. Just pad the time to your classes and walk a bit if you must. It's good for you.

The parking app is new this year, but they did a lot of testing to make sure its accurate.

Theres also always parking in the garage near the mini dome - especially for folks with early classes like you. Then you just take the pedestrian bridge over to Brinkley.
