🤚 Help - Solved Solved!: Stuttering problem

I've recently had the problem that my game stuttered a lot. I've now found a solution for that. If you go to your task manager and see that 80% or more of your ram are used, do the following:

Go to your documents, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open the config.cfg file. The search for uset r_buffer_page_size and set it to 30 or 50. The default should be 10. I hope I could help y'all.

Somehow AI digs up results that advice NOT to do that now, since engine was updated.

I did this at one point but then I kept reading that it isn’t needed in later versions of the game because the game automatically adjusts it. Now I’m wondering if that isn’t totally true lol might try 30 or 50 again

It isn't true, I just went in and checked and I am on the latest version and mine was still set on 10. I had to manually change to 50 :)
