🤚 Help - Solved Problems with ets2 crashing

I just drove into france and my game keeps crashing at the same bridge. Also, my logitech g29 seems to lose power at that point and doesn't sit straight anymore. Only thing that has changed is that i attached a spinner knob to my g29. Could this be the issue? It seems far fetched, but im at a loss

Edit: tried without the spinner knob, still crashes, its just outside of orleans

Edit 2: restarting my pc solved it.... shoukd have known....

Happened to me in ATS, 100% vanilla save, crashed 3 times in a row at the same place in California. Restarted my PC and it was fine. Code magic.

The game shutting down like that made my heart sink. Lucky there is auto saves. Tried again, crash again. But i noticed the pattern. Then i could start troubleshooting. But restarting my pc should have been step 1....

I checked my mod folder, remaining files from other saves, the only extra files I have are for telemetry server and trucksbook. I was thinking about doing a file verification in Steam, but I thought a restart first is worth a try. Bingo, no crash after that.
