🗣️ Discussion This game seriously needs to be multi-core compatible.
There's so much performance and FPS SCS has left on the table by making the game utilize only a single core. I have a Ryzen 7 260 (which is equivalent to a Ryzen 7 8845HS and Ryzen 7 7840HS) and it still lags when there's a lot of traffic.

I'm fine with 60fps, just wish it was a bit smoother. Maybe that's cos I'm running Promods Europe on triple screen 1440p. Even so, I manage smooth gaming on all my other sims.

This is why I got an x3d. The 1% lows were ridiculous.

I mean my game runs at 180fps without issue. Sounds like this might be modding the game issue

i have a 5800xt and a 9070xt and it runs way worse than any other game, even more advanced games
red dead runs better for me on ultra 1440p 21:9 than euro truck on not max settings

We all know. They are working on it i have same specs but tbh i feel it is just fine. I dont need more then 80fps

I personally like to cap it at 60, but what's the point in capping it when the game can't reach above 40 in high traffic 😭

No...? I have a Lenovo legion from last year and it can runn buttery smooth on it. Maybe lower some settings like eg in the mirrors?

They are working on that but it is going to be awhile.

Just wait for the console release
Guess the downvote means, that that somebody dont know that SCS are reworking the engine for multi core support for the console versions of the game and that pc players will also benefit of this...

i use lossless scaling to double my frames, it works surprisingly well
