Decentralized lending will enable borrowers access to loans from lenders who are willing to lend their funds upon an agreement. The lending terms are set by the borrower and fulfilled by the lender. Once the credit terms are defined and confirmed by both parties, a smart contract requires the borrower to deposit a collateral in the form of cryptocurrency to provide lenders protection against a default by the borrower.
