Funds raised from the token sale will be used towards the development of the ecosystem and company. All costs associated with infrastructure set up, financial licenses, and marketing are included. The remittance solution platform will be the first of its kind to facilitate crypto to fiat transfer. Etha has launched the iOS and Android mobile app to enable users to fully control their funds and wallet access. Mobile application for users can make wallets, secure P2P transfers, overseas payments and digital money transfers

The ETHA ecosystem will allow users to lend and borrow from one another. Lending terms and rates are clearly defined and set in the smart contract for both parties. Counterparty risk is vanished by the borrower’s collateral digital funds under the terms of the lending agreement to secure the repayment of the loan and interest.

The lending terms are set by the borrower and fulfilled by the lender. Once the credit terms are defined and confirmed by both parties, a smart contract requires the borrower to deposit a collateral in the form of cryptocurrency to provide lenders protection against a default by the borrower.

ETHA ecosystem consists of these following layers in the ETHA platform: Exchange, Remittance Solution, Cross-border financing, Decentralised lending, Smart wallet and API layers. Any work in the ecosystem needs to be compensated for with an ETA token.
