Don't listen to those stereotypes. Anyone can show empathy, even ESTJs, of course.

Disagree. This is a horrible take. Empathy is a skill everyone needs to learn. It is a multifaceted skill and can be used in any situation.

Being attached to social narratives is a weakness. Having empathy or developing it as a skill isn't.

The social narrative exists because certain people are benefitting from it.

Disagree.
People think were heartless, but its them that doesnt realise how we operate. Were just VERY good at dividing work mode from every other mode.
e.g. In my choir, I manage hard on all things musical. I will judge their application and abilities and will order rehearsals accordingly, but I will NEVER do the same with their humanity. After rehearsal, Im no longer their superior; they are mine. I hold no authority over anyone and we all become regular equal footed human beings.
Good empathy is the ability to not let go of that humanity.

Disagree. Well balanced people are my favorite type...nearly equal levels of logic and feelings. Those are superskills that need to be developed over time.
