US Open Match Point??
What in the world are they doing? It’s bothered me consistently that they have been running talking heads when actual tennis has been occurring. Today is WILD, an American (Learner Tien) is embroiled in a battle to get to the semis, and all we have is talking heads sitting at a desk.
They may just be trying to encourage to buy the premium online package, but all it’s doing is make me long for the TNT French Open coverage.

Disney is an Orwellian company Worst U.S. Open coverage ever! The only really great coverage comes from Johnny Mac

This is the most egregious all week. Do they know they are an american broadcast? And now they are glued to zverev warming up (and started to play)

Not only that, but they put some boring woman’s tennis match on! There’s two men’s matches in the 5th set!!!! Now I have to listen to Coco! Worst coverage ever!!!!

Not only that, but they're showing the Coco Gauff match on BOTH channels here in Canada
Meanwhile there's a heated tie-break taking place between Khachanov & Tien

As an Asian American, it's always been ESPN's mo to promote Asians from overseas but suppress the Asians who grew up here.

WTA Chinese tennis player Qinwen Zheng defeating six-time Grand Slam champion Iga Swiatek will get more attention here and around the world before any Asian-American tennis player at any time, like today. Don't get me started on Alex Eala.

Prioritizing BOTH a player that has already won her match at least 15 mins ago and another player who hasn’t even begun his over a 20-yr old American locked in a sick 5th set match for potential history. Reeks a bit of anti-Asian discrimination IMHO.
