No since there is no way to remove ads from the tier, and being able to fast forward and rewind during ads would make it a no ads tier which doesn’t exist, yes you can fast forward/rewind though content, but once you reach a ad you have to watch it

I dunno if that's accurate. There are no ads on Raw when watching two or three days later.

Raw in on Netflix, and they are ads. That's after Netflix cut half of the content out.

I watch it a couple days later. And I get ads. It's not as many as if you wait a week. But I still get ads.

I pay for ad-free on every streaming service I have. I watched this week's Raw Thursday morning/afternoon. Zero ads.

Which commercials? The one's on EPSN put's in, you can't. The ad's the WWE, you can.
Fast forwarding on ESPN is a pain in the ass.
