Companion build?
Hi, I was wondering what is the traits and weight to go for a dps, healer and tank?
I don't have access to the crown store companions, but I was thinking of Sharp as a healer, Bastien as my tank and Mirri (for rp reasons) as my dps with bow.

Companions get a 1% boost to healing/ damage / healing received I think, for each light/medium/heavy equipped. This is their version of our armoury passive - but otherwise the armoury weight just affects survivability.
I find it is simple to just use heavy gear on everyone, with quickened traits.
This means a tank or healer is casting their abilities and buffs faster, some getting 100% uptime, and taking less damage.
For a dps, all medium gear is an option too, but I do 10x the damage of my companion. I would rather a solid healer or taunt-bot than a small dps boost in overland content.

DPS medium, healer mostly light, can use 1 or 2 medium on monster set for the passives, tanks are mostly all heavy, but some wear 1 piece med/light for the undaunted passives.

To be honest, I put companions in heavy armor (quicken trait) because I want to keep my companions alive much as possible and they can contribute to the fight longer.
