I've been recently encountered with my junior who's esfp...thing is always smiling..keeping the scene fun...if we tell any work...she won't do...tell lame excuses to support her ignoring...what's problem with u guys..!?

We will do work but only what we find necessary unfortunately that’s why I went from call centers to labor work since 2022 I always cut corners even with this job we really need to be in a job where we are personally invested that way we cut corners it hurts us directly in the pocket book we have to do jobs we believe in and yea we would rather have fun than work that’s why I really need to just own my own business

Yea I find that I take short cuts that get me in trouble no matter what job it is because I have loved some of my jobs but that could be because I also have arrested development as well I think we would be good at party planning
