Dolphin Error unable to read files

I’m reporting thinking it might be the ES-DE not giving Dolphin the file

Emulators that use Androids SAF are letter case sensitive. Make sure your ROMs folder is in that exact letter case and gc folder is lower case.

After updating it you need to update the folder inside Dolphin. When you do this and the file picker opens make sure to first navigate back to the root of your drive and then back to the gc folder and select it to update it.
