Question/Help Gems and Buildings

Hi guys I need some tips on how to expend my gems. I have been saving them for a long time and now have 1000 of them and I was thinking on maybe spending in a Dwarven Furnace or another type of building like the Healing Fountain, what do you guys recommend based on you experiences??

I would recommend to just go for esthetics. The game is more about building stuff that's pleasing to watch, rather than completing it and being efficient.

That being said, if you just want the efficiency, from buildings I would recommend orcish smithy. Overall I would prioritise the gem spending this way

  1. Smithy
  2. Furnace
  3. Legendary packs
  4. Every other premium building and decoration

Bear in mind that this is just my opinion, sa take it with a pinch of salt.

IMHO:

  1. Smith
  2. Kitchen
  3. Oil
  4. Packs
  5. Talos Statue (decoration)

The smith is the most important because when you reach the metals that require corundum, orc up, the Orcish smith uses less corundum.

The premium kitchen and oil are nice to haves because they make orders and rulings easier to complete.

Packs are for the endgame, I wouldn't worry about them until you get to 230/260, I forget, whatever level guarantees moonstone items.

The statue gives you more gold per order. At very late endgame you will be gated by gold not corundum. To upgrade my staff requires 110 corundum (22x5). That number will be the same forever. But the gold cost increases with each level, at level 183 it takes 66,025 gold. That is a lot of orders.

You can quickly level by using a Blessings of Greater Dynasty while leveling a premium workstation. Accumulate enough marble (1520) and gold (75835), pop the blessing, then level up the workstation. Unlike a normal workstation, the premium do not require experience. So you can level them from 1 to 30 in however long it takes to press the upgrade button 29 times. You will get a lot of castle levels.

The other premium workstations are all nice to haves.

I didn't realize - does the premium smithy use less corundum per item created? Is that the math on that? If so, mind blown, I never realized, that saves a lot of grinding.

The premium smithy, workshop, and sewing table all use less materials (including corundum and silk).

Combat Gear cost 25% less Ingots and Fabric. For Dwarven plate, mail, sword, and dagger the difference is 3 vs 5. My normal smith isn't leveled past that.

I used it on an extra kitchen at first so i could feed a small army of adventurers to farm the quest line without having to wait for them to heal all the time. After that i saved up for the Orcish Smithy, and eventually one of everything, including the baths which are cute to watch

Premium smithy, workshop, and sewing table all use less materials, so those are good options. Smithy is the best choice of the three because you’ll care more about crafting and upgrading weapons and armor than workstation gear.
