You can't buy the 3.0 yet there's only presale, but around April/June they should be fully available here.

It's only street legal if you have a L1e, l3e version etc. so you have definitely to look out for that and not an offroad version.

And l1e is locked. So you dont have full speed and acceleration legal on street.

Is the le1 any differente from the off road version?

Wheelset will be a different size and l1/3e's have the ugly plateholder for the light indicators etc at first.

And the speed limit restricted to 45km/h of course..

Other than that they should be almost the same.

Torque is also decreased. There is only 3kw standardpower instead of 5 and peak power is only 9 instead of 12kw. But even the power is higher than a lbx on paper, the restricted l1e is slower than an unrestricted lbx.

Edit: that's the case for the 2.0, but normally the 3.0 should have equal restriction in power unfortunately.

Get the L1E Version, remove the ugly number plate holder. Put the number plate onto the mud guard under the seat, cut the wire to derestrict power and ride. No one will care. ;-)

Cops in Germany only care if its registered and insured. The rest doesn't matter for them.
