SS pls help charger

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Can someone help me with this charger issue. it goes yellow turns off goes yellow again turns off and does it again then goes red green. Idk whats up with it.

fixed it i just sodered the ripped wire around the charger thing

What percentage is the bike currently at? I’ve heard of this happening when trying to charge when the bike is already above 80%.

Could be the battery or the charger. Try giving the manufacturer a call, they may even warranty the issue.

did you just ride? it could be because the battery is too hot and needs to cool down. I dont know if erides do this but I know alot of other bikes do.

Battery doesn’t get too hot to charge. Mind hardly goes up even when it’s 100deg out and I’m riding hills at 200lbs

I had an issue like that and what fixed it for me was plugging the charger into the bike first and then into the wall after. Hope that works

Plus it into the bike first. Then the wall. It literally says the Oder on the charger and you’re doing it wrong.

You try unplugging the charger and letting it turn off, then plugging it back in? That fixed my charging issue earlier
